    You can add a cooler to your next order by browsing the Water Dispensers product page and adding a cooler to your cart for your next delivery.

  • If you've been renting a cooler for a while and would like to buy it, please submit a request to Customer Support. One of our agents will help with next steps.

  • ReadyRefresh professionals provide Professional Cleaning Services (PCS) to thoroughly clean your dispenser and leave you with a sanitized, 99% bacteria-free dispenser.

    With PCS, you'll get:

    - detailed diagnostics
    - the use of top-quality sanitizers and tools
    - cleaning of all internal surfaces that come in contact with water
    - replacement and cleaning of spigots, gaskets, and baffles
    - replacement of any missing parts

    My hot water isn’t working:No power to cooler?Check power source and plug.
    Hot switch is on “off” position?Turn hot switch to “ON” position (typically located on the back of the cooler).
    Hot thermostat is broken?Please contact Customer Support.
    There isn’t enough hot water?Someone may have recently drained a large amount of hot water. Wait 20 minutes to an hour for it to reheat.
    My cold water isn’t working
    No power to cooler?Check power source and plug.
    Cold water thermostat is broken?Please contact Customer Support.
    There isn’t enough cold water?Someone may have recently drained a large amount of cold water. Wait 20 minutes to an hour for it to cool down.
