COVID-19 Health and Safety Update

At ReadyRefresh®, we operate at a very high standard of quality, health and safety. We impose strict safety protocols and measures that meet or exceed the relevant legal and regulatory requirements. We would like you to know that we continue to closely monitor the guidance from public health agencies. As such we periodically adjust our protocols to further support quality, health and safety during the Covid-19 pandemic. These protocols are part of our continuing efforts to ensure that we deliver your hydration as safely as possible.

• Vaccinations: ReadyRefresh® strongly encourages employees to get vaccinated. Employees are able to voluntarily disclose their vaccination status. Unvaccinated employees and those who choose not to disclose their vaccination status are required to adhere to COVID-19 health precautions consistent with the CDC guidance for unvaccinated individuals.

• Health Screenings: ReadyRefresh® employees are required to partake in daily health and temperature checks prior to the start of each shift to ensure they are healthy and able to work. We continue to mandate that employees showing any cold, flu-like, or COVID-19 symptoms stay home. If an employee is impacted by coronavirus, BlueTriton Brands, which owns ReadyRefresh®, has enhanced benefits that enable our associates to receive pay by utilizing their current benefits provided to them.

• Personal Protective Equipment: ReadyRefresh® employees will continue to receive personal protective equipment including gloves, masks, and hand sanitizer. Employees who have not affirmed they are fully vaccinated are required to wear masks when delivering inside, interacting with customers and other employees, and when social distancing cannot be maintained outside. Further, we will continue to ensure adherence to government guidelines or customer rules regarding the use of masks for all employees, vaccinated or not.

• Social Distancing: We continue our touchless residential delivery operations to support social distancing measures. Fully vaccinated employees may be permitted to ride two in a vehicle or truck cab with increased ventilation. Employees who have not affirmed they are fully vaccinated are only permitted to ride two in a vehicle if they wear a double mask and increase ventilation within the vehicle. These safety protocols continue to be strictly monitored. We will also continue to leave all residential deliveries outside of your door.

• Sanitization: We will continue increased cleaning and disinfection across all of our facilities and our entire fleet of delivery trucks.
