  • My Delivery Didn’t Arrive

    Oh no! You can view your delivery schedule on the Manage Deliveries page. Once there, check to see if your delivery was rescheduled or canceled by ReadyRefresh.

    If you canceled your delivery by accident, visit the My Deliveries page and select Future Deliveries. From the list of Future Deliveries, confirm the date of the delivery you want to reinstate and select Unskip.

    If your delivery was not rescheduled or canceled, please submit a request to Customer Support.

  • It is always our goal to follow delivery instructions as closely as possible.You can check if they are correct by going to Account Dashboard Delivery Settings.

    If your delivery instructions are up to date, please submit a request to Customer Support.

  • I need empty bottles picked up

    Please leave your empty three- or five-gallon bottles out for us to pick up on your delivery date. We sanitize and reuse the bottles, so please avoid putting anything in or outside of them.

    You can also request an empty bottle pickup by submitting a Bottle Pick-Up Form.

    How do I schedule a pick up for a full bottle?

    Our policy does not permit us to pick up bottles that contain liquid. You can edit your next delivery and reduce the quantities, or you can skip it to avoid product waste.

    - To skip a future delivery, visit the My Deliveries page and select Future Deliveries. From the list of Future Deliveries, select Skip for the delivery you want to cancel.

    - To make changes to your next delivery, select Edit This Delivery on the homepage. Remove the excess products from your delivery mini cart and save your changes.

  • What if an item was not delivered?

    Review your most recent delivery in Manage Deliveries. To place a one-time delivery for any product that was not included, please browse our Product Catalog. You can also create a one-time delivery by following the quick links to the right of “Your Next Delivery” after logging in. Please note that any order made must meet the delivery minimum for your account. If you still need help, please submit an inquiry with Customer Support.

    What if I receive unwanted products or services?

    If you received unwanted products or services, please submit an inquiry with Customer Support.

  • Quality is of the utmost importance to us. If you received a damaged product, please submit a request to Customer Support.

  • What if I received the wrong quantity of a certain product?

    If the quantity you received is not the one you excepted, please check the delivery details. You can do so in the Manage Deliveries section. To place a one-time delivery, please browse our Product Catalog. You can also create a one-time delivery as soon as you log in, by following the quick links from the right side of “Your Next Delivery”. Please keep in mind that there is a minimum value requirement for all orders.

    If you still need help, please submit an inquiry with Customer Support to adjust the order in time for your next delivery.

  • To request a refund, please submit a request to Customer Support.

  • Can I skip a future delivery?

    To skip your next delivery or a future one, login to your account and visit the Manage Deliveries page. Select View and Manage All Future Deliveries. From the list of Future Deliveries, select Skip for the delivery you want to cancel.

  • Please check your previous deliveries to review the ordered and delivered products. Go to My Account in the top bar My Invoices to view your previous invoices.
