  • You can access your information through the My Invoices page.

    How will you bill me?

    You have two options for billing:

    - Paperless billing via email gives you the fastest access to your invoices.

    - We can send paper invoices to your mailbox via USPS. Please note that a paper invoice fee may be applied.

    Can I manage how I receive bills and/or invoices?

    You can manage how you receive invoices from the My Account dropdown in the global navigation. From there, go to the Account Dashboard page.

    Click on Manage Notification Preferences to bring you to the My Notifications section. Select whether or not you’d like to receive paperless billing by toggling Paperless Billing on or off. Please note that a paper invoice fee may be applied if you choose to receive them.

    If you enroll in paperless billing, you will receive an email when your invoice is ready to be viewed. If you do not enroll in paperless billing, we will mail all invoices to your billing account address.

  • You can use our app or website to view your balance easily.

    - App: Access your balance via our app by selecting Billing. Your current balance will be displayed at the top of the screen.

    - Web: Log in to your account on ReadyRefresh.com and click My Balance on the account menu found in the header. Your current balance will display at the top of the page.

  • Auto Pay Options

    Go to the Saved Payment Methods

    From the ‘My Account’ dropdown in the global navigation, select ‘Saved Payment Methods.’

    On the ‘Saved Payment Methods’ page, select ‘Enroll in Auto Pay’ and choose the payment method you would like to use to enroll in auto pay.

    How do I cancel automatic payments (Auto Pay)?

    If you would like to stop Auto Pay, please submit a Customer Support request.

    If you are already enrolled in Auto Pay and want to change your autopay payment method, click the ‘Manage Auto Pay’ button on the ‘Saved Payment Methods’ page.

    Go to Saved Payment Methods

    From the ‘My Account’ dropdown in the global navigation, select ‘Saved Payment Methods.’

    Select ‘Add a Payment Method,’ enter your payment method details, and save the changes. Once you’ve added your new payment method, select the ‘Make Default’ button.

    Past due invoices (not paid within 30 days of the billing date) may be charged a late fee not to exceed $20 as allowed by law. Additionally, we may determine third-party collection/attorney expenses at a rate not to exceed 100% of the unpaid balance or the maximum permitted by law.

    How much is the Cooler Reconditioning fee?

    A Cooler Reconditioning fee of $50 is applied to each returned water dispenser when you terminate service with ReadyRefresh.

    How much are your delivery fees?

    ReadyRefresh charges per delivery and may apply additional fees for deliveries requested on specific dates. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for more specifics.

    What do I do about unrecognized charges?

    Please review your previous deliveries to confirm the products ordered and products delivered.

    You can view your previous deliveries by going to the Manage Deliveries page from the My Account dropdown in the global navigation. From there, navigate to the delivery in question.

    You can also view your invoice history and review previous deliveries by going to the My Invoices page.

    If you have an unrecognized charge, please submit a request to Customer Service. Please provide as many details about your order as possible when submitting your request. We will get back to you as soon as possible.

    How do I sign up for Paperless Billing?

    Why did I receive a product I didn’t order?

    If you received a product you did not order, please contact us by clicking the ‘I still need help’ button. Please provide as many details about your order as possible when submitting your request. We will get back to you as soon as possible.

    How do I know a payment has been processed?

    You will see a confirmation screen after submitting your payment. You will also receive an email confirming the processing of the charge.

    Your balance will be updated, and your payments will display in Payment History within 24 business hours.
