Sorry to hear you missed a notification! You can check your notification settings by going to My Account in the top menu. Then go to Account Dashboard → Notification Preferences box → Manage Notification Preferences. If everything looks like it's correct, please submit a request to Customer Support so we can take a look.

Once logged in, go to ‘My Account’ in the top menu and select My Invoices. We generate invoices 2-3 days after you receive your delivery. In some cases, customers may get their invoices once a month.

How do I manage my notifications?
