  • Can I send deliveries to more than one address?

    Yes, please complete the Add or Change Address form to add a new address to your account.

    What happens if I move?

    To change your existing address, please fill out the Add or Change Address form.

    How can I update my billing or delivery address?

    You can update your billing address by first visiting Saved Payment Methods. There you can edit the desired payment method and update the billing address.

    To update your delivery address, go to My Account in the top bar Account Dashboard. Then scroll down to Your Accounts and choose Update Address.

  • How To Update An E-Mail Address Or Mobile Phone

    It’s easy. You can change your email address or phone number through the Account Details screen.

    Navigate to My Account in the top menu Account Dashboard Account Details Page.

    In the Account Information section, select Edit Details. Here you can change your delivery email or phone numbers for delivery and billing.

    Note: Changing your delivery email address will also update your username.

  • Can I change the name on my account?

    We’re unable to change the name associated with an account. Please contact us if you have further questions related to this topic.

    Can I change my current username?

    Your username is most likely the email address associated with your account. If this is a business account, the username may be the email address of the person that established or was responsible for the account. To make any changes, visit Account Information.

  • Can I change my password?

    Go to My Account in the top bar Account Dashboard Account Details page.

    Select Change Password in the Login Credentials section. You will need to enter your current password before making changes.

  • How do I manage my notifications?

    After login, go to My Account in the top bar Account Dashboard Notification Preferences box. Then select Manage Notification Preferences.

    Username & Password Issues

    Please visit the Forgot Username page. You will need to enter your account number and delivery ZIP code associated with your account. (Note: Your account number appears on the top left of the first page of your monthly statement.)

    I forgot my password

    Please visit the Forgot Password page. You will need to enter your username. (Note: Your username may be the email address associated with your account.)

    I forgot my username and password

    If you have forgotten both your username and password, you will need your account number and ZIP code. Then you will need to complete a two-step process:

      1. Go to the Forgot Username page and enter your account number and the delivery ZIP code associated with the account to view your username.

      2. Go to the Forgot Password page and enter your username. You can then request an email be sent to reset your password or you can reset your password by re-entering your account information. You will be logged in once your password is reset.

    If you do not know your account number and associated ZIP code, you will need to Contact Us.

    I can’t find or remember my username

    Your username may be the email address associated with your account. Be sure to check spelling and character count (including removing extra spaces). If that is not your username, please Contact Us.

    If this is a business account, the username may be the email address of the person that established or was responsible for the account.

    The link to reset my password is not working

    First, request a new reset link as the previous request may have expired. Then try resetting your password by entering the account number and the ZIP code associated with the account.

    I’m getting an ‘Invalid Password’ error message when trying to reset my password

    Make sure the new password you’ve chosen meets all of the password requirements and contains:
        ● 8 - 20 characters
        ● at least 1 number (0 - 9)
        ● at least 1 uppercase letter (A - Z)
        ● at least 1 lowercase letter (a - z)

    I have multiple accounts and am unsure of my username and password

    All of your accounts should be accessible via a single username and password. To retrieve this information, follow the steps above for “Forgot username and password.”

    Email Troubleshooting Issues

    You will need to reset your password using your account information (the account number listed on your billing statement and the ZIP code associated with the account). Once you’re logged in, you can update your email address information on the Account Details page of your ReadyRefresh Account Dashboard.

    How do I register for an online ReadyRefresh account?

    If you are already a ReadyRefresh customer and wish to manage your deliveries online, you can Register for Online Access. You will need to provide the email address associated with your service and follow the steps to receive a password. If you do not remember the email address, you will need to Contact Us. If you're new to ReadyRefresh, add to cart your favorite products and we'll help you create a new account during checkout.

    My email address is already associated with an online account

    There is a chance you signed up for ReadyRefresh in the past. If you do not remember your password, select ‘Forgot Password’ and follow the steps to retrieve or reset your password. If you do not have that information, you will need to Contact Us.

    My email address can’t be found when attempting to register for an online account

    First, check the spelling and character count (including removing extra spaces) of the email address you’ve entered. If your email address still can’t be found, visit the ‘Forgot Username’ page and enter your account number and the associated ZIP code to retrieve your information. If you do not have that information, you will need to Contact Us.

    How do I create a new ReadyRefresh account

    Once you’ve added products to your online shopping cart, there will be an option at checkout to create a new ReadyRefresh account. Once you’ve proceeded to checkout you will be prompted to log in or create a new account before finalizing and placing your order. (Note: You cannot create a new account directly from the ‘Log In’ page and must go through ‘Checkout’ page to do so.)

    Account Access Issues

    Your account is suspended if you’ve had an unpaid balance for 90 days or more. You will need to call the phone number provided in the error message in order to regain access to your account. Unfortunately this cannot be done online.

    How do I reset my account after too many failed log-in attempts?

    For the security of your account, we will keep it locked for 30 minutes once we detect too many failed logins. If you still have trouble logging in, you may be using an old password or incorrect username. Select ‘Forgot Password’ or ‘Forgot Username’ and follow the steps to get access to your account.
